The Bidding Producer is a central role in the team that is responsible for sourcing new business and winning work for the studio globally. Producing detailed bid packages to send to our clients, this work requires an intimate and up-to-date knowledge of the entire VFX workflow, as well as previous experience of working on live projects through to completion.

Compositing Supervisor
The 2D Compositing Supervisors at DNEG work closely with the compositors and the VFX Supervisors to ensure the timely completion of shots for their shows. They oversee all compositing aspects of project-based, in-house visual effects production. Supervisors also complete and deliver compositing shots when necessary to the project. The supervisor will work directly and collaboratively with the project clients. Managing and supervising the team of compositors, briefing them and providing constructive feedback will be the main focus of the supervisor role. Being able to ensure consistency and develop production methodologies, creative approaches and problem-solving play a big part of the position. The Supervisor will also be managing the production workflow and pipeline as well as the production bidding for current and future projects.
Creature Supervisor
The Creature Supervisor will oversee the development of all manners of CG creatures from design and build stage to final render. All through the process, you will be supervising the pipeline and providing direction on architecture and methods, working with the Head of Creature and the Pipeline team to improve departmental efficiency.
DFX Supervisor
The Digital Effects (DFX) Supervisor ensures all VFX departments in all company locations working on a project collaborate effectively to deliver the creative vision of the show and create the highest quality of work on time, on budget, and in a sustainable way. S/he will oversee a team of department supervisors working with artists as they produce CG assets, set up a working shot pipeline, and successfully deliver CG elements and imagery for the shots on the project. S/he will be expected to creatively lead their team throughout the show, working with the department supervisors to ensure creative direction is being followed and milestones are being reached.

VFX Producer
The Visual Effects Producer is at the heart of production and is responsible for managing all aspects of a show, liaising with the client throughout. Responsible for the efficient running of the production, you will be reporting directly on the progress of the visual effects work each week to both the client and Head of Production. As a main part of your role you will work closely with the Visual Effects Supervisor to bid work, and also in working with the Facility Resource Manager to plan and schedule resources to effectively approach the needs of the work.
