THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR THEIR BRILLIANT APPLICATIONS – applications are now closed and those selected will be notified by this Friday (5th June).

Double Negative London is opening its doors once again to a selection of talented VFX students and graduates!

Fancy spending an afternoon at a multi-award winning VFX studio? Meeting and learning from the best of the best within the industry? If so …. read on!

Do you fit the criteria?

We want to meet talented, passionate students who are in their final year of studies and are looking to make their next step towards a career in VFX (whether it be in 2D, 3D, Production or R&D).

What will the day involve?

Attending our open day will be a great opportunity for you to meet some of our senior team and talk to artists about how to make a start in the industry, as well as giving you an opportunity to ask questions of our recruit team. The day will include a tour of Dneg, a show talk by one of our VFX Supervisors, a walk through of shot breakdowns from Interstellar and the opportunity to learn about how a big vfx company pipeline works.

Towards the end of the day there will be a special networking event where you will be able to apply for entry level roles and meet more members of our team.

How do you apply?

Numbers are limited, so you will need to apply for a spot.

Please follow the link below to register/log-in to our jobs portal, fill in the application form, upload your showreel (if you have one) and provide a covering letter. In the covering letter we want to know a bit about you (studies, past experience and anything else you think would be pertinent) plus the answers to these 4 all important questions:
What is your long term VFX career goal?
Why do you want to work at Dneg?
Why do you think you would make a good member of the Dneg team?
If you were a super hero what would your super power be and why?
It is vital that you include all of the above to enable us to consider you for invitation to the open day.

The application deadline is Monday 1st June and you will be notified on whether you were successful by the end of that week. Good luck!
